Each module duration: 20 hours
Total: 80 hours
Training will be conducted in-person.
For participants living abroad, online attendance will be provided.

Michał Lewandowski – Warsaw, Poland
Chair of the EAGT Organizational Gestalt Committee and member of the EAGT Executive Committee. Works with groups and leaders on integration and adaptation issues. Founder and director of the Polish Gestalt Practitioners School; developer and lead specialist of organizational Gestalt programs in Europe. Internationally ranked GPO trainer and supervisor with 20 years of experience as consultant, executive coach, group facilitator, supervisor, lecturer, and psychotherapist, both individually and with organizations. Associate professor at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Warsaw.
Module 2: 19–21 January 2024
Julius Lasalle – Berlin, Germany
EAGT-accredited specialist in organizational Gestalt, active in the EAGT GPO Committee. Interested in leadership and organizational development. Executive coach and leadership consultant offering individual coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development programs. Studied psychology at Berlin Technical University. Worked in international companies in various managerial positions until 2017, after which he continued as an independent consultant. Author of the book Self-Empowering Leadership, encouraging leaders to find their style beyond normative boundaries. Lives in Berlin with family.
Module 3: 5–7 April 2024
Guus Klaren – Amsterdam, Netherlands
EAGT-accredited Gestalt therapist and specialist in organizational Gestalt. Practicing since 1988 as a Gestalt therapist, trainer, supervisor, and process facilitator. Former president of the Dutch-Flemish Gestalt Therapy Association, EAGT Board member, former chair of EAGT’s Human Rights and Social Responsibility Committee, currently an active member. Provides international supervision for Gestalt trainers, therapists, and practitioners in organizations; conducts seminars and trainings for Gestalt practitioners in organizational contexts, including change management, team development, and family business growth.
Module 4: 12–14 July 2024
George Stamatis – Athens, Greece
EAGT-accredited specialist in organizational Gestalt, organizational development consultant, coach, and trainer. Former lecturer at Athens University of Economics and Business (Bachelor’s and Master’s programs), New York University Prague, and University of Tirana. Author of 18 books, including The Art of Change: Gestalt – a Different Approach for Organizations. Held senior management positions for 30 years in marketing, sales, and communications in Greek and international corporations. Currently recognized as an International Trainer and Coach in Organizational Gestalt, coordinator of Gestalt coaching in the professional association of Greece.

GPO – For EAGT Accreditation Candidates
After the 8-month course, a second stage of training (+8 months with diploma) is available, consisting of two program packages:
Second Stage – Program Package N1

Supervision of practical work for graduates of the Gestalt therapy EAGT-standard program (theory–methodology stage) – 15 hours

Followed by diploma certification
Second Stage – Program Package N2

For those seeking GPO EAGT accreditation who do not have basic EAGT-standard Gestalt therapy education

Includes supervised practical work plus a special course in Gestalt theory and methodology (4 modules – 8 months)

Both stages together cover 16 months.
Note: To participate in the second stage, professional experience in a company/organization is required.
