Julius is an EAGT accredited specialist in Organizational Gestalt and serves on the EAGT - GPO committee. In addition to Gestalt, he is interested in leadership and organizational development. He is an executive coach and leadership consultant. He offers his clients individual coaching, group facilitation and leadership development programs. Before starting his career as a consultant, Julius studied psychology at the Technical University of Berlin. He worked in various managerial positions in international companies until 2017, after which he continued his work as an independent consultant. Julius has written and published a book - "Self-Empowering Leadership", in which he encourages leaders to find their style beyond normative boundaries. He lives in Berlin with his family.
