Julius is an EAGT-accredited specialist in Organizational Gestalt and serves on the EAGT GPO Committee. In addition to Gestalt therapy, his professional interests include leadership and organizational development.

He is an executive coach and leadership consultant, offering his clients individual coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development programs.

Before beginning his career as a consultant, Julius studied psychology at the Technical University of Berlin. Until 2017, he held various managerial positions in international companies, after which he continued his career as an independent consultant.

Julius is the author of the published book Self-Empowering Leadership, in which he encourages leaders to discover their own leadership style beyond normative boundaries.

He lives in Berlin with his family.
