He chairs the EAGT Organizational Gestalt Committee and is a member of the EAGT Executive Committee. He works with groups and leaders on issues related to integration and adaptation.

He is the founder and director of the Polish School of Gestalt Practitioners and a leading specialist in the development and delivery of Organizational Gestalt programs in Europe. Lewandowski is an internationally recognized GPO trainer and supervisor.

He has 20 years of experience working as a consultant, executive coach, group facilitator, supervisor, lecturer, and psychotherapist, both with individuals and organizations. He is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Warsaw.
