Rusudan Kiladze - Master of Psychology, works as a practicing Gestalt therapist at the "Georgian National Gestalt Center for Psychology and Psychotherapy"; lectures at the "St. Andrew's University of Georgia", has many years of experience working with children, works at the N200 public boarding school and the private school "Knowledge", as a child psychologist, and as a psychoconsultant at a law firm. She has completed numerous training modules in working with children, and is actively involved in various physical and social activities.
